I brought my F-150 in for a coolant pressure test, due to leaking coolant system. The manager Aaron explained is would be a few hours before they could look at my vehicle. I left my truck at their shop and after getting no update or calls. I call them and the service guy explains to me they have not had a chance to look at it yet, but he will call me as soon as they get a diagnosis. After 3 hours have passed, and I have heard nothing from them, I call back in to find out that there is a leak in my coolant hose, and I quote "we have never seen a hose with so many branches, and we didn't know what is was called". Knowing there are over 20K Ford F-150s on the road today, and he's exclaiming they don't know what they are looking at immediately raises my concern on what they are doing, unknowingly, to my truck!He says he will call me back when he gets a price quote, and another hour passes with 6pm approaching I call back in to find out what is going on with my truck, and what time do you close? My response is, "oh its going to cost almost $500 dollars to repair and yes we close in like 15mins"...Well were you going to call me, or just keep my truck all night? I get a ride out to the GP on Hwy 77, and have a chat with the manager Aaron, explaining you kept my truck all day (till past closing), I've lost a whole day of work and I still have a broken vehicle with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I explained to Aaron I have been bringing my Truck, and my wife's mazda to Grease Pro for 9years and I will never come here again. I will bring my business elsewhere, due to the lack of trust in technical knowledge, and lack of communication which says we're too busy for YOUR business.
