Told by other mechanic needed new head gasket. BT said new sensors. I was waiting to pay the front desk guy told a customer they look at cars for free and then fix. Well after I left the car still was having problems. I took it back and they checked it. Charged me 80$. I confronted about the free check. The grumpy man at the front desk said they never check cars for free and that I wasn’t being truthful. I kept asking if my car was fixed. He would say yes, no, then when I argued about paying he said I will tell you whatever you want to hear as long as you pay me. I left. Come to find out after 2 weeks of driving it, it did need a new head gasket. Took them 14 days to fix. I put new tires on here as well. 3 months later the front tires were bald. They said it was alignment issue.When I took the car to Les Schwab they said my alignment was SO bad there was NO way that BT Automotive didn’t see it. So BT put new tires on knowing I would need to come back and get new tires.
