I give this guy a zero rating. My wife was in town and had a coolant fluid leak. Jeff's said that the radiator was leaking and $ 540.00 later He put a $140.00 radiator in. She gets back to Alabama and I open the hood and the first thing I notice is they had broke the front grill/headlight support in two places (broke the two middle supports) leaving only the two outer supports at the headlights. My wife moves the car out and I look down and there is radiator fluid. Check the system and sure enough the fluid is low. Fill it up and take it to our mechanic. What was leaking was the water pump. What is the chance that the radiator and water pump go out at the same time - one in a million. I have contacted jeff several times and he says he will get right back with me and he never does. A new front support is $300.00 and probably at least 300.00 more to get the work done to replace it since the whole front end has to come apart. So $1100.00 bucks spent and he did not fix the problem or take ownership of what his people had done Pathetic mechanic and person at best.
