Terry gives out quotes and when the customer comes to pick up their vehicle, he upcharges them an insanely amount. This happened to me personally and later found out, it's his regular form of doing business, just look up his reviews. His business "U.S. Automotive", has an F rating with the BBB. He's been sued multiple times for his practices. He treats his customers like they are stupid. His companies slogan is "We know cars", that is far from the truth. If he knew cars, he'd be able to know what materials a job would consist of and not add it all in later. For a small example he said "we didn't know the new transmission was going to need gaskets and fluids", I thought that was called COMMON SENSE. There's a lot more to my personal encounter with him and it would take pages to tell about it. DO NOT trust this stupid bastard!
