- My wheel fell off - - Anonymous user - 6/1/2015 - comment
Brett charged me $880 for a set of tires on my truck, not even a month later my wheel feel of the passenger side off my truck. I contacted and showed Brett that 4 out of 5 of the stud had been over torqued and he blamed it on wear. I brought the hub to a few local shops and a dealer all of which laughed and said they were over torqued and that he was full of it. I just thank god we werent on the highway when this happened this incident to not only hurt my truck but killed me and my girlfriend. Point is Brett says he's all for the customers but he wouldn't even offer to pay for the damaged parts, he's lucky I don't file a lawsuit.
