This is a message for David Houston. I tried to find you with the e-mail address that your incapitable person at the Good Year at 9621 W. 58th Ave., in Arvada, Colorado gave to me. I have let several incidents go bye with this Good Year Store, but I CANNOT this time. I have experienced the worst people there that I ever have any where else. Michael is one of the rudiest person in that shop and should be spoke to about his attitude towards customers. I tried to give you guys and second chance, but now I will NEVER go to a Good Year and will tell everyone I know, about the worst experience that you get at Good Year.
