I had been a good loyal customer at Franks for over a decade where the service went to somewhat aceptional to being absolutely horrible. I would not recommend coming here, I give them 2/5 stars if they're lucky! I finally said enough is enough with coming here I will spend my money where it is worthwhile I last went for a battery change and two replace one tire! Frank forced me with no acception to upgrade all tires, replace front and brake lights and wheel alignment! Do you know how the hell much that cost me! I said to myself I will go somewhere else I'm tired of this place they never answer the phones the secretary is almoast never available Frank is too stubborn! and after an unfriendly confrontation with me and my wife THAT WAS IT!!!! I will go to Louse, Monroe or Tom Lyons but not here!
