Thought he was a trusting person and neighbor. wrong answer, this person is a dishonest thief! paid Ken 590 dollars upfront to fix my atv. He had so many excuses from he had a heart attack, parts ordered but wrong ones came in, wrong parts came in, I promise I'll get you your money refunded as soon as I'm back from church! I would not trust this guy to work on my push mower. This guy is a scam artist! He has super nice house in newriver. Humm! wonder how he affords it? Be careful and avoid this scum! karma will catch up with him. don't make same .stupid mistake I made, and that was to pay cash up front .Still working on getting money back from Ken the scammer, will continue to post

Ken from Browns auto was supposed to replace the rack and pinion in our car. We Paid them $540.00 in cash. He will only accept cash and had a hard time getting a receipt from him. After he was supposed to have fixed it we took it home, still had the same problem. We took it back and repeated this 2 more times. At one point we took it to another mechanic and found that he did not replace the rack and pinion. He did nothing. He refused our phone calls requesting him to do the work. I left countless messages and finally he started text messaging but gave reasons as to why he could not fix the car. He was sick, his friend was sick, his friend was out of town and so on. We finally took the car somewhere else after 3 weeks. Don't use this company if you want your car fixed.

Ken Miller is a con man. He had my car for 2 weeks, took my $700 to put in a new compressor and I only got the car back because my boyfriend and I went to pick up the car and sat at his house for 6 hrs until he told us it was fixed but that he couldn't charge the Freon. Every time i called him he had another excuse...he broke some ribs..he was in the hospital...he had to take his daughter somewhere..he was in a class. It was all lies. I now have another mechanic putting in a new compressor because Ken put in a rebuilt one that never worked. I knew something was wrong when everyday he told me it would be the next day and that went on for weeks but he had the car and like a fool I gave him my money. Do not trust this man. He lives in a nice home in New River and it looks like he had money and is honest. He is not. Of course now that I am calling to get my money back he won't return my calls. I will take him to court with all the bad parts he put in my car. I am not anonymous like the person before me who wrote a review so feel free to call me. I will read you all the texts that he conveniently sent me about my car so that I will be able to take him to small claims court. My number is 480-235-2114

Ken Miller (owner of Brown's Automotive) has kept my vehicle for 8 weeks without providing me with an estimate, bill for parts and labor, nothing. He has, however accepted $2350 of my money to purchase an engine which I have never seen or received a receipt for. He did promise one via e-mail within 15 minutes and that was about 7 1/2 weeks ago. Ken Miller also refuses to tell me where my vehicle is. This man is a con artist and did his absolute best to convince me that he was a superbly honest person. Do not fall for his lies. My advice is to NEVER GIVE THIS MAN YOUR VEHICLE. Learn from my mistake. You can see more reviews of the things Ken Miller has done to other customers on the Better Business Bureau website. His business has an "F" rating with them. Good luck.
