This morning 2/13/13 at 6:50 am, someone driving an S&S Tire Truck in Frederick ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. They had fine visibility--they decided they didn't need to sdop at the the stop sign. I gave them a short horn toot as I passed them, avoiding them, and they had showed their courtesy by shining their brights at me. This is pretty trivial, I know, but people who fix tires and vehicles for a livingg should know to obey simple traffic rules.
