had damage to a rear wiper mechanism during a car wash... took it to them for repairs... only replaced the broken arm and the wiper does not work. explained to Chuck the owner that it worked before the accident and now it doesn't... had became aggressive and extremely rude (yelling at me!!!), called me a liar and that he wasn't born yesterday and that I was trying to manipulate him to fix a pre-existing condition... this man is unbalanced and even lectured me on integrity as a soldier (i am AD Army), I have never met a more rude and obnoxious person in my life, completely uncalled for, please do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable shop in the area, i wouldn't trust Chuck to look at my vehicle let alone work on it, took it to another shop in the area, fixed without issue and was told the damage clearly caused the problem, this man should not be in business, simple as that
