I had an accident on 5/16/13 hitting Deer following my insurance agents advice to have it looked at by D’aDDario collision center I took it over and they did an estimate and was scheduled for repair left the car there the same day I was told it should be ready by Thursday the 23rd well that came and went and the excuses were they needed to speak with the insurance co. as it needed more parts after the took the hood off and they needed approval that was 10 am at 12:30 pm I heard from the insurance agent and low and behold they never spoke the agent stated there was no need to get approval. I called them back and what I found out was no parts have been ordered and the car was not even touched. Got the typical sorry for the delay we will get right on it week later having issues getting parts it goes on and on bottom line here it is 5/30/13 and the car is still not finished more stories about bad parts need to order more I had to call the district manager for the insurance company and I was finally given a rental car and I still have no set date for the final delivery. If you have bought a car from them you may have better luck but to bring a car to them out of the blue be ready for a long wait it seems if you are have not purchased there you will be pushed to the bottom of the list good luck if you choose to use this shop
