In 2015 I was recommended to this shop. As a single women I thought the owner would be totally honest. They gave me an estimate and told me I would need a down payment, Neil took $2500.00 my BMW was dropped off by my insurance company. Yes I obtained a receipt. My car sat on his property for over 4 months. The grass grew around it. m I would stop inquiring but never got a straight answer. After 5 months, I sent a tow truck from another shop called "Quality Paint and Body" in Hephzibah Georgia my car was fixed with 7 days and looked excellent condition. I wanted to let all whom considering 2 Keys Paint and Body. If your wondering if I ever got my money from Neil, Nope! I even hired an attorney, but because 2 keys ownership isn't under the body shop individual name, it protects the shop and him (Neil) from liability or responsibilty. I have pictures of the length of time my BMW sat outside in the same spot grass started growing around it. I drove by and watched them prioritize vehicles that came in after mine, and because it was a "Friend" the moment the tow truck dropped off this red car (he said his personal friend) they started body work immediately and was done within 2 weeks. I have witnesses who observed how Neil talked to me and threaten me when I was taking pictures of my car just sitting week after week. Not only that Neil told me to leave the property(my vehicle was still on the property along with my $2500 in the liars pocket). I filed a claim with BBB take a look at BBB documentation and how Neil responded (contradicting). and the decision and documented reported by BBB. The Local news T.V. station was willing to get involved and post a consumer alert interviewing both parties. But I was advise by my attorney otherwise, due to unrelated reasons. My attorney did file against 2 keys in my behalf which is public information. M Soon Neil and his business (2 Keys) will be exposed.
