They should tell you on the phone that they don't really do paintless dent removal. They claim to remove "door dings," but couldn't find an example of a "ding" small enough on my 2001 Toyota. Wasted my time and theirs! They could give an example of "ding" diameter over which they can't remove paintless. Before and After photo on their website leads one to believe they can work miracles... Yeah, not so much.
Steve Cox - 6/4/2014 - I have no idea who this person is, nor do I remember anyone showing dissatisfaction with our appraisal of their vehicle! We in fact DO do painless dent removal, every day, and have for 23 years. I've personally fixed hundreds of thousands of dents with my own two hands, and my employees over the years have fixed hundreds of thousands more. It's true that not all dents are fixable thru PDR, and for those, we offer traditional paint and body repair. But the overall tone of this person's comment was fishy, in my humble opinion. Steve Cox
