Driver picked us up from the airport. Once we arrived home the driver increased fees by 50 percent. I immediately called up the company and spoke to the owner Joseph Ramsey. He immediately responded to the fare hike by cursing and yelling at me. I could not believe what I was hearing. Terrible service, terrible customer service

There was a mix up of times for pick up. I had 7am; they had 7:30am. When I called to advise I was early for my 7am pick up, I was called back by the dispatcher...he was extremely rude. He yelled at me saying, "I was wrong. I forgot the time I scheduled and why am I making trouble so early in the morning. I don't remember"...I could not believe my ears... did this man have any understanding of customer service? He could of said, there is a slight mix up and I will get a driver over there as soon as possible. I still kept the appointment as I had to get to the airport. It ended up the driver was very nice and was able to get to my flight on time. Sorry, I do not know who the dispatcher was but I think you need to work with him on his customer service skills...
