I was told by 2 salesmen in writing I would be able to use that $1750 towards any negative equity. That was the only reason I was/would trade in my vehicle. It’s not my fault that in addition to the vehicle that had the Cash Bonus, and then showed me another vehicle. Neither Matt Berger my salesman nor the accounting person ever told me the vehicle they showed me did not qualify for the $1750 Cash Bonus, or if I was ok rolling in an additional $2100 into my new loan. They are the experts not me. Also, Federal Law requires them to: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0056-financing-or-leasing-car I have tried to resolve this issue, but doesn’t sound like it will. I have no problem taking this issue to the Attorney General’s office. I have been an Insurance Agent for over 22 years. If my insured bought a vehicle, and wanted gap coverage, but the vehicle he bought didn’t quality for it, I didn’t tell him, he has an accident, I would have to cover him, because I’m the expert in insurance. Yes, I should have read the contract, but I trusted Matt and didn’t think he’d lie/mislead me. Again, he knew exactly the only reason I came in for was the Cash Bonus. This is the worst treatment I have ever encountered. I have also attached the emails;
