I went to have my car checked out and the Carl Gregory chose to service my car without ever speaking with my car warranty provider. They expected me to pay full price instead of my deductible. The GM-Alan insisted on keeping my car until Monday- the car was fixed on Friday. I never gave them the ok to service my car and made sure they knew to talk with warranty company to see what was covered first. I was able to get my car on Saturday after sitting up there for about 2 hours with no help from Alan. Obviously the management doesn't know their job or standard procedures when dealing with a customer who has a warranty. I will never go back and hope that you don't waste your time or money with this dealership!
