The service department damaged the front spoiler my BMW M5.I pointed out the damage to Dave Hansen. He refused to admit their department did the damage. Then Dave Hansen began to insult me. His demeanor was rude and talked down to me as if I was a child. My whole family drives BMW's. We all will now be giving our service business to Steve Harris Ferrari and Ken Garff Mercedes. Any future BMW purchases will be out of State. I highly recomend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH BMW OF MURRAY.
