I received a kelley blue book cash offer that stated prescott honda would honor.I took it to dealership on the 3rd of dec. and talked to James Deluca.James took pictures and gave me a price that was $915 less than kbb price, and said it was because of wear on tires(only 22000mi.)that was cause of price decrease.I contacted Branden Pons on dec.7th and told him I was interested in certain vehicle and he stated I could come down and lock in the price of kbb of which had gone up by $850 since previous week.On weds.dec8th Branden emailed me and said my vehicle might be worth up to an additional $2000, because current automobile shortage.I agreed to meet with branden on thurs. dec. 9th and I did just that. Upon arriving at dealership, Branden acts like he hasn't got a clue who I am or what we talked about. Branden turns me over to salesman Randy.Randy gets with another guy(not sure who he was) and they went out and took pictures of my vehicle again.After a lengthy time Randy comes back and tells me PH cannot honor either kbb price or James price, and they can only give me $27000.My vehicle is in mint condition and didn't change at all from the 3rd to the 9th.I don't what is going on with this dealership, but I can't believe the owner would be in favor of his employees going back on their WRITTEN OFFERS.I tried finding email address to owner to no avail.I will wait a couple days to get owners response in order to see what Prescott Honda is truly about
