I bought a used Town Car on June 20, 2014 was happy with price and sale person. Made a deal to change my newer tires on my old town car to put on new one. I took off wheels and tires form old care and brought to service in my truck with my newer town car on June 23,2014. No one in service helped me unload the wheels and tires from my truck just told me "put them over there." When I picked them up no one helped me load them in my truck. Anyone could have pulled up an loaded them and took them. It was raining and my wife's town car was in a foot of water and no one offered to get it out for her so I had to swim to it and get it out. Will never go there for service. None of the service writers care.
