Mr. Dunnahoo, Thank you for your appreciation letter. I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer from Hank Lawson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided good customer service. This is my second vehicle purchase from Star..1st was a Hyundai Sonata. I am presuming that I will probably purchase another Vehicle from Star. I have recommended your business to friends and family. There was only one issue that I thought was strange. I was informed that the 2014 Explorer had only one key..?? I really need to have two keys, so this will be an additional cost to me ...$210.00 at a locksmith. This is the first time that a vehicle which I have purchased has only one key.
