After having problems with a 2012 Nissan Armada I was referred to sit down with Nick Voss after the Armada being at United Nissan for about a month , he told me there was nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle in which I expressed how I felt and told him what I thought to be the problem" Control Arms" he went on to state that the upper and lower control arms were fine. I then told him I know that they weren't and got mad. He said do you want to be removed ?? I then told him off and walked out, he was trying to tell me what to do and what to say in return... Very rudely told me to sue him then.. That's when u lost it yelling to everyone to not buy anything from these rip offs and con artists. I have an extended warranty on this vehicle as well. 84 month 100,000 miles , in which we purchased the vehicle in April 2015 and had the brakes go out in July" Front and Back rotors and pads were gone", this was suppose to a certified vehicle and gone through before purchase. I do not recommend anybody to buy from United Nissan. As soon as that bell is rung that know you are screwed .. All they care about is money and numbers. Brian Hinkley also told me to get the "F" out of there after asking him to sign off on the control arms saying they weren't damaged and working properly. Don't waste your time on United Nissan or they will take you for a ride of your life and you will end up as miserable as we are. Nick Voss is unprofessional and a Con Artist.............
