09/18/2019 I am writing this positive review to Paul Thiel regarding Brett Misell, but I am very happy with everyone at Palm Springs Motors. Brett picked up my Lincoln MKX today for service and maintenance. He was prompt, courteous, and kind. Mr. Misell answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I am a senior citizen and I appreciated the fact that he did not talk down to me no matter how many questions I asked him. Brett is confident, friendly, professional, and a great listener. I would also like to compliment Joanne Morales, Nanfer Garcia, and Jose in Parts and Accessories. These outstanding people are a credit to Palm Springs Motors.
