I have visited Hennessey Lexus on many occassions and although I live on the complete other side of town, I drive clear across town to have my vehicle serviced there. On my most recent visit, I worked with Todd Marmontello on an issue that stemmed from a recall some time ago, which I was not aware of. Not only did Todd oversee the process completely but he took the liberty to contact Lexus and work with them and the body shop to take care of the repairs completely. Having worked as a district parts/service rep, for another automotive manufacturer, I can say with complete confidence that Hennessey Lexus provides first class service, each and every time! They are honest (which is rare to find these days), and they work with their customers to make sure that they are well taken care of. Now because of the SERVICE that I recieve each time I come in with my vehicle, I will look to make my next purchase through that dealership. I am indeed a satisfied customer!
