I had some small issues after purchasing 2 used cars so I contacted the dealership to find out the process. I got the run around and no answers. I posted on their facebook wall. Then a Ms. Argo calls me back and at the end of the conversation I thanked Ms. Argo for her time and she made an "Mmm" noise and hung up! Today, after not receiving a call back from Mr. Kim the GM, I decided to go to their Facebook page to try to give them an opportunity to call me. Carey Paul Honda has not only deleted my post, they have blocked me from posting to their wall. WOW! Super poor way to handle an upset customer. I guess they forget they can't delete what i share on my wall, my pages and ALL ELSE. If this dealership thinks this is any way to deal with and upset customer, they are wrong. Absolutely amazed at this POOR customer service!
