My car had two flat tires, so my car was towed to Miata Toyota. After waiting several hours, my service rep, he left and went home, the manager of service, went home, no one knew the status of my vehicle. Then a girl found my paperwork and told me they were rechecking the lugs.. What is that mean .. really? So the next day my tires that they Fixed" were flat again, I had to take to Roseville Toyota who had to replace the tire.. for free. now that is service. I was leaving for LA the next day, and if I took the car that Miata fix" I would have been stranded.. Very dangerous. This service dept. is terrible.. don't trust them. Things could have been really bad for me.
