Today, Fred, the person who mans the front gate pointed out my car to a nearby police officer. I did not have my inspection sticker attached to my window. My bad, it was on my dash. So, of course the policeman stopped me. When I called owner Todd Fox asking if this was policy and about Fred's behavior, he said Fred denied it and hung up on me. When I called back { is hanging up on someone *really* professional behavior?} he said he was finished talking to me and threatened to terminate my monthly membership. Wowww. What kind of Albany business is this? Or, a kind of business for anyone?? Believe me, no termination required. Please be sure not to contact this man without expecting confrontational and rude behavior. I am a paying customer.
