I had the unfortunate experience of using this company's service in Hoboken. The driver, a thug named tony rentas was beyond rude and almost ran me over when I got off the car without tipping him for the disastrous service. I called the company and was told to call later because they were busy to hear my complaint. It doesn't surprise me that their drivers behave like this thug when the company itself responds in such way. They should not be doing business at all!!!!!
