If you enjoy near-death experiences, cars showing up 45 minutes after they said they would and overcharging on a taxi fee, then maybe this is the right car service for you. Charged $40 on a pick-up from Newark Airport (normally $27 + tax, tolls & tips). Car showed up nearly 45 minutes late and had NO REARVIEW MIRROR & an almost fully cracked front windshield. Aside from being illegal, it also contributed to almost three accidents on the way home. When we called to discuss with the owner/dispatcher/manager, he yelled at us claiming that the price had changed and hung up when we mentioned the lack of a rearview mirror in one of his cars. Not a great way to keep or generate customers. NEVER AGAIN!
