Two afternoons ago I ordered Crestwood to pick me up from JFK Airport and take me to my home in Connecticut. The chauffeur met me inside of the airport terminal with a name sign. It was very simple and easy to locate the chauffeur. He was extremely polite, friendly, and polished. He carried my luggage for me and the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Crestwood has a very strict cleanliness and safety protocol, with the driver wearing a medical face mask and hand gloves. The vehicle had a protective divider partition. It was a very comfortable experience for me and I would highly recommend Crestwood

I used the private transportation service of Crestwood just recently to travel from my home to my office in Manhattan. I was feeling reluctant to use a car service due to the current health situation, however Crestwood made me feel safe and comfortable. The vehicle was equipped with a partition divider between the front and rear of the vehicle. The chauffeur was dressed professionally in a suit and tie, with a face mask and gloves as well. It certainly seems as if they are following all CDC guidelines. I haven't seen a partition such as this before, so I asked the driver where they got it from. He said Crestwood had them custom made for their fleet. I think that is impressive and shows that the company really cares about safety. The chauffeur was very courteous; he opened and closed the door for me, he offered me a bottle of cold water, and got me to my office very quickly. The experience exceeded my expectations and I truly award Crestwood with 5 stars for wonderful service.
