Had the same basic experience as the other customer. I ended up having the shipment picked up by a different company that was PROFESSIONAL. Delivered after 3 weeks of BS from Triangle express. Avoid this company.

THEY CALLED ON TUESDAY 3/16 TO SCHEDULE A DROP OFF THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE HERE BEFORE NOON , I WAITED TIL ONE PM AND CALLED SPOKE WITH ONE GENTLEMAN THAT FORWARDED ME TO CARTER TATE OR SOMEONE THAT CLAIMED TO BE HIM. I AM SURE IT WAS HIM ... HE WAS RUDE AND NASTY, I ASKED HIM WHY WHEN I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AT WORK ALREADY WAS I STILL WAITING AND NO ONE CALLED, HE BASICALLY SAID HE DIDN'T CARE. I THEN ASKED HIM IF HE WAS GONNA FEED MY FAMILY FOR MISSING WORK AND ME BEING CHARGED 100.00 IN SHIPPING, HE STATED NO AND HE DIDN'T CARE!!!! WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS CALLING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPER HE SAID I DON'T CARE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE... THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT FOR A DELIVERY THAT WAS SCHEUDLED ... RUDENESS WAS HIS BEST QUALITY ON THE PHONE . DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IN ANY WAY FASHION OR FORM...WITH WHATS GOING ON IN SOCIETY TODAY HE SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT KEEPING CUSTOMERS THAN BEING A DOUCHE BAG!!
