If you don't care about home time, if you don't care about good communication and you don't mind being spoken to like a dog, work here. The recruiters will tell you numerous lies to get you onboard, but it doesn't take a logical person long to realize these folks care absolutely nothing about their drivers. The fleet managers in Joplin are rude, condescending and known nothing about the issues that drivers face on a daily basis. Trying to call in to deal with breakdowns, etc. will just leave you being transferred from one " know-nothing" to the next and most likely you will be hung up on. You will be sent to locations that do not exist and then blamed for going to the incorrect address. You will sit in your truck for hour upon hour, day after day. As far as their guarantee pay goes, that is a big joke. Save yourself the agony and do not work for this pitiful organization. They don't have a clue how to deal honestly, appropriately and respectfully with their drivers. Best way to describe it is ORGANIZED CHAOS.
