- Morons put their fax machine on the main phone number - can't call them - - - 4/2/2013 - comment
I can't get in touch with them to START garbage service (just moved into the neighborhood) because: 1. The only published phone # reaches a FAX machine, not voice mail or a person. 2. They haven't listed contact info such as e-mail address or IM or twitter or facebook or linked in anywhere on the internet. I guess I'm going to have to DRIVE to their office (except they have 2 different published addresses - which should I choose?) Apparently, the absence of competition has had a deleterious effect on them. Hey, West Beaverton Sanitary Service, Why are you making it so hard for a new customer to sign up?
