I had a family member purchase a vehicle with a trade-in from First Choice. A couple days after completing the sale, First Choice completely accommodated my relatives by allowing them to return the vehicle and get their trade-in back after they decided that they had made a poor business decision with trying to purchase a new vehicle at that particular time. That was just about as classy as it gets for any car dealership in my opinion

This place needs to really consider hiring a better mechanic to inspect their inventory. I'm military and needed a truck to replace my wrecked one. I found these guys and they had a very nice Ford 4X4 looked great and ran great. However being the trustworthy person I am I decided to not take the truck in to my mechanic to have him look at it first. BIG BIG MISTAKE, this truck had worn down ball joints, a dangerously worn down hub bearing, the front differential was full of water, and the upper support arms for the front were damaged. The mechanic who is a friend of mine was furious that a dealer would let someone drive off their lot with such damaged truck and himself along with a rep from Goodyear said to have it fixed or towed home as it was not safe to drive. The total repair costed me $1700 and now I'm in more for the truck than what its worth. I called the dealership and they wouldn't even float the bill for repairs. You deserve better service than this. GO SOME WERE ELSE PLEASE. If you do decide to get something from their lot. GET IT CHECKED OUT.
