This rental office is horrible! I rented a car to use while my car was being repaired and was quoted a price. When I received my credit card statement, I realized they had overcharged my credit card. When I tried to discuss the issue with the staff, they were extremely rude and would not listen to me at all. Finally I called the corporate office who refunded me the overage they charged. Two months later they falsely charged my credit card causing me to have to report fraud through my credit card provider. When I tried to speak to the staff about the false charge they treated me horrible and hung up on me. Later one of the staff members apologized to me saying my card had been used accidentally on another customers account. I will never use this place again!!!
