Wayne Hougue is a snake in the grass. He sold me a car with 30,500 miles on itand claimed it was in excellent condition. He also went out of his way to deliver it at night in Memphis where I couldn't adequately inspect it and so he couldn't be prosecuted under Mississippi law. Upon daylight inspection from 100 feet you could see that it had been totaled. The body shop ran a Carfax and confirmed that the car had been totaled. He sold me the car with a washed title which is against the law in Mississippi. He is a snake in the grass. Beware!
