He is a slumlord. He rents townhouses on fourth street in appleton. Horrible landlord. Won't fix anything. Unsafe housing. He owns Mega Motorworks. Never buy or rent anything from this man or his wife. I don't know how they sleep at night knowing what they are doing to people.

Rory stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from me and others... then bailed out of huge debts with the assistance of an attorney and left several people hanging... he got out of it without having to declare a bankruptcy, but left others hang for it. He now runs Mega Motorworks under his girlfriends name so he cannot be sued for his other business dealings, according to what he told me. He also has a house in her name on the North side of Appleton. Everything is in her name.
