My wife and I bought a 2007 chevy suburban on October 30th 2013. We got the run around from Pedro from the start. When we got there the vehicle led that we wanted to look at was not at that location, so he drove us to the other location and to surprise it was not there either. So we proceeded to look at a couple other vehicles. We were not satisfied with those so we tried the suburban. It was on the lot, not detailed fully (animal crackers under the seats) and when we drove it, the whole thing shook when we applied the brakes. Pedro said that he would get it fixed and have it detailed as well. We did all of the paperwork, signed and sent on our way after 5 hours. We called the next two days about the brakes. After we demanded that they get fixed. They couldn't tell us when, where, or how long it would take. So we decided to fix it ourselves. (Front rotors and brakes $150) I did it in about an hour. Later that day they call us and wondered where we were to get the vehicle fixed and that the paperwork was not correct. They say now we have to pay $399 per month when our signed paperwork says $299 per month. And threatend to repo the vehicle. We have the purchase agreement and it registered to us. They have been completely rude, and nasty to us on the phone. Not anyway to do business.
