I have done business I believe going on 3 yrs. I have had to have both vehicles worked on. There wasn't a problem. My problem has came when my husband had to go to the hospital and will not be able to ever come home, due to Huningtons. I have called, I went into the Tulsa area personally, I called back today after doing everything in my power to get a payment. The first young lady was decent, Yolanda the 2nd person I spoke with didn't car, was rude, hateful and condescending. I ask for the owners name she informed me Shawn. I ask for last she informed me she wouldn't give it, he doesn't deal with this stuff! I told her I guess come get the jeep. She informed me she would have it done. After my world falling apart, never a payment missed unless I proved it was a need! My husband is 2hrs away from me in the Hospital, I have no vehicle to go to him. I pray nothing bad happens while I can't get there! I'm sorry you have no human interest and make people feel like a pile of dog d oo that has been stepped in! I as well hope and pray this finds its way to the owner of express credit auto. I sent many there, I guess you only get treated well when you have money in hand. I'm truly apauld and ashamed I sent anyone there! I know there's nothing can be done now, but in the future helping those who have emergency as mine you could have a heart and help!
