This company should be shut down! Horrible customer. I was told that I needed to bring them a long list list of documents including a notarized letter and I was told that they would take credit cards so I get all of my documents and go to get my car and the people in the building will not even acknowlege me and make me wait for over 30 minutes and when they finally decide to help me they tell me in a very rude way that they only take cash. they then want to procede to give me a lecture on what a horrible person I am for parking where I should not park and that I am a unresponsible college student. They do not tell you where your car is you are left to find it on your own and then when you try to leave they keep you at a locked gate until they feel like opening the gate. Use Someone else this company is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service Horrible Business Practices Requires a number of documents such as title, registration, insurance, notarized letter making it extremely difficult to obtain your vehicle Once you've managed to obtain a number of documents that most people just don't have handy, they wait for you to return with those documents to then tell you they only take cash. After all this they don't tell you where to go find your car and then keep you held up at a locked gate to teach you a lesson. HORRIBLE COMPANY, VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES CALL OTHER TOWING COMPANIES
