Dear Ken, I am a educated professional woman was treated like trash today by your staff today after I went to help a friend get her car from your storage. she doesn't speak English well. Her car was towed form her apartment complex because her permit was covered by paper that her daughter had on her dashboard. Thus the permit was not seen. This car was a rental for her due to an accident she had recently. I attempted to help by speaking with Enterprise by phone to have the fax over the documents necessary. Your staff insisted they could not read the rental agreement. After an hour and faxing over four copies your staff became very belligerent about helping me help them acquire the info needed. I was outraged when your staff first insulted me for asking questions and hen ordering me out of your business. I was there to for my friend by credit card. He told me to leave... as I was trying to pay and told my friend that she could bring the card in and use it. Is this how you train your staff? I felt very threatened by your male staff on duty. It was shameful. Aren't you a business .. not the mafia!!!
