E. L. Paulk towing was called by PPD to tow my 2009 Honda Ruckus. I personally would have used another company had I known how poorly they did their job. After it was strapped down, I followed behind the tow truck to their shop to pay for the towing cost. About a mile into transit the Tow truck took a sharp right turn and my motorcycle slammed down on its right side. They pulled over and I tried to tell them how to tie it down properly. I asked if there was damage done if they would cover it and the driver told me no and that he was not in any way responsible. I told them that I had hauled that bike multiple times on my own and I had an efficient way to tie it down so that it wouldn't fall over, but the driver replied, "I know what I'm doing, I do this for a living." Finally I made it to the shop where I inspected the bike in front of the employees. The right blinker didn't work, the speakers which were mounted on the handle bars didn't work, and there was minor cosmetic damage. I was still charged full price for the tow and treated very poorly. I contacted the owner the next day; he said he would follow up with me after investigating what happened, but never did. I attempted to call him a few more times over the course of the next few weeks with no luck. I would not suggest using this company.
