When these guys go out they go out to get cars that are ILLEGALLY PARKED. Most of the time they are called out to one of their clients to get a car out of their lot, complex, the cops, or they are asked to by one of their clients to come in and watch their property for anyone who is not parking in the right parking spot. I have seen and been in the same situation as everyone else that has needed or have had their car towed or just plain had a tow truck come to them. It is NOT their fault that we parked where we parked. They are just doing their job to support their family and their company. People who get their cars towed and some services they offer, are racist and everything else to the drivers, owner, and the dispatcher (aka the person who answers the phone). I have seen first had someone be racist, curse at an employee, and also be demanding to either the driver, owner, and the dispatcher. When you DISRESPECT one of them the owner can have the option to do what ever they see fit to your tow bill. They also have the right to call the cops if they believe the customer is going to be hostile with them. I would suggest not to be hostile with them because they do have their own way of self defense until they cops get there and I guarantee that it would not be pretty. Everyone has their own opinion on who is a good towing service and everything else. MAYBE JUST MAYBE if everyone treats towing companies how they would like to be treated they would get treated with the respect that they are looking for. These guys are just trying to do their job, its not their fault we are so stupid to see their signs and then turn around and get our bill jacked up even more because we were being disrespectful to one of the employes. So when you get your car towed think about the situation before you assume they are the assholes and anything else you can call them in the book.

My young teenage daughter parked and ran into a friends apartment recovery masters.....rushed over and put a single hook on the back of her car....seeing this she ran straight down and said she was leaving ....car was there 3 min. Even though the tires nothing was rigged he demanded 150.00 or loose the car. Being inexperienced teen she panicked and called me..the tow driver began to verbally assault my daughter to the point an uninvolved tenant came out and stopped him. I immediately called the out of control driver told him my daughter was a minor and I was on my way to the scene and he could speak with an adult. Instead of waiting he illegally towed her car. My daughter was singled out preyed on by the cruel out of control tow driver to make a buck! Please if you are in my position call the better business bureau ...let's shut this guys down

This sam fag towed my car illegally. He prawls lots looking which cars he might be able to get away with towing. He prays on weak people. He has a public listed address of 16857 w rice ave. Hauser, ID. 83854. Maybe he needs his car towed.
