Professional and courteous. I am an employee at Cat and mother of 3 with a very busy schedule, K&M was very helpful and flexible to work with me and got the car finished and good to go early for me. I have found no better place to take my Jetta than K&M. Robbie was a joy to work with!

I had owned my X5 for a few years and I had never had any luck at the BMW dealer when it came to service. Once the certified pre-owned warranty ended, I knew I had to look for an alternative for service. On TV, I saw the commercials for K&M and figured I would give them a try. I called them up when my brake pad warning light came on for the X5 and asked if they could help. Doug (the counterman) assured me that they had lots of experience with BMWs and X5s over the years. I had scheduled an appointment with K&M for Monday and had expected to hear back from them by Wednesday afternoon, but on Tuesday morning I had been called and asked to come back and retrieve the vehicle. Kauth and Mayeur exceeded my expectations and has made me a lifetime customer of theirs. They are located in the south end, but don't be fooled, they are experts.
