Tire claim #726826 Amarillo store mgr. tried to help me with the bad tires I bought. Bridgestone America did not give me a satisfying solution and left me with a damaged vehicle from bad tires. I had just left the store with the car, after tires being rotated,balanced, and air checked in tires,when tire seperation accurred. We had another tire seperated 9 days later, the same way on the same car. Norma Davis(Paralegal) said we ran tires deflated. I now believe that maybe the tire store let my car go out on the streets this way, putting my family in danger. I will never--(NEVER) --go back to a firestone and will never buy bridgestones or firestone or tires made by them and I will let make sure none of family members will be going to firestone.
