who is this Chris Anderson????? I have tried numerous times to find a complaint department AGAIN. I've been transferred from one ABQ rental location to another with same results. Arrogance and NO ACCOUNTABILITY or consequences for Mr. P for verbally abusing and intimatating me in early April. I want to give the pick up staff a HUGE Thank You for treating a disabled woman with respect and dignity. The Managers should really take some lessons from your pick up staff as to HOW to EXCEL at CUSTOMER SERVICE> instead of saying you are actually doing ME a FAVOR by transferring me to another lcation. Sorry Mr. Anderson but location, location, location is vitally important for a single, disabled mother of a young child whose electric wheelchair is my other source of transportation. Mr. Anderson reminded me that he didn't have to help me.................ok. YOU DIDN'T. Enjoy YOUR WEEKEND.

This has been a horrible experience for me that I am continuing to be transferred from one ABQ enterprise Mananger. All backing each other instead of representing enterprise. These are NOT the people you want to represent your company. Undercover Boss is definarely necessary. Still got Love for enterprise have had a FABUlous experience with the prior staff in the last 3 months since the above managers have came to this GREAT Location. EnTerprise is being effected negatively and I'm very sad to be experiencing this.
