I never leave reviews but this has warranted one. Long short of it is our flight was delayed, we called to find out our options and couldn't get anyone. Finally, we got through to someone when we landed in our connecting city. It was late and the woman was completely unhelpful and said she didn't know how the other location handled anything. I asked if we'd be charge a fee if we missed the pick up window and she didn't know and wouldn't call anyone to find out. We were charged a rental fee + fees. We called to request that they be reversed since it was out of our hands and we got terrible information the night before which, had we gotten the right information, we could have avoided being charged. We were told they couldn't help us and was told to talk to Lan the next morning. We called her and she was also being completely unhelpful and cryptic, never giving us any last names. We asked to talk to her supervisor and she directed us to the corporate number but wouldn't give us any names. We called the corporate office and spoke with Shereen (sp?) and she was being completely unhelpful and cryptic. She would also not provide us with any last names. So on Christmas Eve, she was unwilling to reverse a charge that we incurred because our flight was delayed and we got some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced from their representatives. She said no one could help us and said her supervisor was Matt (turns out is the main guy). Then she hung up on us. Deplorable. Pathetic. We told all of our family members about it. No one is renting from them.
