Service reps are horrible. Marvin needs to attend a class on customer service. When ask to speak to the Service Manager he put me on hold and within seconds came back on the line and said he wasn't available. When ask to speak to someone else he stated there was no one I could talk too. Sadly this isn't the first time I have dealt with him and this dealership. Unfortunately this the only Subaru dealership in the area and they no this.
