The dealership is now in the control of a general manager who is very rude and callous with customers. He tries to get people to down grade a level to cars without thought to the customers needs. Mr. Ed Tarbox would be better served by a general manager who thinks more of the customer than his own ego. A poor example of a person which probably effects the staffing as a whole and any potential customer. I do not recommend this dealership. Until changes are made.
