I have also been thru the mill at hill cadillac.this dealer needs to go back to integrity school.pretty nice upfront but when a issue occurs wow they ignore you.tell you must be kidding about the ATS it a fine car.yet it's been in the shop 5 times with no luck because of the lack of knowledge about the car.forget the service manger great talker no back bone won't go to bat for you if a major problem occurs.please buy at another dealer

Lack of customer support. Never ever buy a car from here they will not back you if there is a issue with your car once they get there money you are a nobody to them.i have brought many many cars in my life and his is the number 1 worst dealership on the east coast if you are intelligent and understand and believe what I am writing you should stay from here go to another cadillac dealer that will support you and not sell you a sub par product then ditch you.they have no integrity what so ever what a joke it's shameful to try a American they way they have treated us and my family.
