Don't ever go to this place. My husband and I took our car there to get fixed due to our check engine light being on, yet it was returned and then the check engine light came back on as I drove off the lot. Then they called themselves fixing it again and then I had to bring it back for the third time, yet I was met by the very rude service manager RICK SCHULTZ! To tell someone you don't care about their car after I have payed you over 1,000 for service is asinine. Making a complaint to corporate does not help either, just a $200 coupon for your inconvenience. I have made several attempts to try to resolve this, but NO ONE answers their phone, nor do they call back! I asked Brian to speak to his boss and he won't provide the information. My car is still broken and a $200 coupon is not going to fix it. It is illegal to say you are providing a service, charge and do not hold up your end of the bargain. I have always been professional and will remain, but it is time to go to COURT! Please avoid this place. They will take advantage you and your money. I have small children and still ride around in a car that was never fixed. I did get new tires, but then my TPMS light came on and has not been off. I absolutely an disgusted by this place. Jeff Dunn should not have a business open, as well as, Brian nor Rick be in management. Ms.Anita May from corporate is just as bad.
